A 9-month, 70-hour ICF AACS accredited formation for credentialed coaches who want to offer professional coaching supervision. The only program of its kind in continental Europe — led personally by an ICF MCC with a postgraduate supervision diploma.

A formation, not a course. Nine months of structured learning, live practice, and individual supervision designed to produce practitioners who can supervise — not just practitioners who have heard lectures about it.
The ACSP does not deliver theory and hope that participants apply it. All three pillars put participants into the supervisory chair — with structured observation, feedback, and reflection at every stage.
Inductive, case-first pedagogy in structured small groups. Each PBL problem is drawn from real supervisory practice. Participants hold the Moderator, Timekeeper, and Representative roles in rotation. Theory is introduced after the case has been worked — not before.
Live supervision conducted in the room while the rest of the cohort observes through six simultaneous lenses: parallel process, transference and countertransference, somatic signals, all seven modes of the Seven-Eyed Model, and the ethical dimension. No single lens is privileged.
Maintained between every session. One of four Portfolio components and a core assessment artifact. The journal builds the habit of deliberate reflective practice — the thing that distinguishes a supervisor who is learning from one who is merely accumulating hours.
All 10 modules are mapped to the ICF Coaching Supervision Competency Framework (13 competencies) and the ECVision Competence Framework at EQF Level 7.
19 sessions · October 2026 – July 2027. Holiday exclusions: Dec 23/30 (Christmas), Jan 6 (Epiphany — falls on a Wednesday in 2027), Mar 24 (Holy Week).
All sessions run 09:00–12:30 CET (winter) / CEST (summer). Participants in Spain and Switzerland share the same time zone throughout.

Márton's formation spans postgraduate academic supervisor training, 900+ supervised contact hours, and active membership in two European supervisory bodies. He teaches the ACSP from inside the discipline — not as someone who coaches and has also read about supervision, but as someone who trained formally as a supervisor, was supervised himself, and has supervised coaches across a wide range of contexts.
As an ICF MCC with 3,400+ hours and 17+ years of executive coaching practice, he brings to supervisor formation what most supervision trainers cannot: a grounded understanding of what a practicing coach actually needs from a supervisor, built from the inside.
The ACSP program director role is written as an institutional position with a defined standard — so that when a second faculty member is eventually appointed, they are measured against a document, not against Márton personally.
